These terms apply to your use of anchorpoint-it.com (the “site”), operated by AnchorPoint IT in Leavenworth, Kansas. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The site describes the IT services AnchorPoint IT offers. Nothing on the site is an offer to perform work on particular terms — any work I do for you is covered by a separate quote or agreement between us, and that agreement governs if it conflicts with these terms.

Content on the site, including the free security assessment, is general information. It isn't a substitute for a professional review of your specific environment, and a good score isn't a guarantee that your systems are secure.

NetProbe and any other software offered on the site are provided free of charge, “as is”, without warranty of any kind. You use them at your own risk.

Only use network tools on networks and systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You're responsible for complying with all applicable laws when you do — including not using them for unauthorized scanning, denial-of-service testing, or attempts to access systems you don't have permission to access.

When using the site, please don't:

• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its servers,
• submit spam, false information, or malicious content through the contact form, or
• use the site for anything unlawful.

The site's content, design, and the AnchorPoint IT name and logo belong to AnchorPoint IT and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Product and company names mentioned on the site — such as the hardware and platforms listed on the Services page — are trademarks of their respective owners. Mentioning them describes hands-on experience and doesn't imply any partnership or endorsement.

The site links to websites run by others. I'm not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

The site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnchorPoint IT isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, its content, or any free tools or downloads offered on it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.

I may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the date at the top of the page will change.
