Twenty-plus years, every side of IT.
I've worked just about every job in this field — from customer service to cable installs, and everything in between. Today I'm a network engineer.
That range matters. I know what it's like on the other end of a support call, and I know what's actually running through the walls and the racks. So whether it's a printer that won't cooperate or a routing problem across sites, I understand the whole picture — and the people who depend on it.
